The best Christmas present ever

Eleanor Paish is 15 and lives just outside Carlisle. She was really pleased to receive a Christmas present with a difference — an Oxfam Unwrapped goat to help a family in a poor community. In January, Eleanor travelled with Oxfam and the BBC to a small village in Rwanda called Nyamikamba. Here she met Selina, a girl her own age, whose family was given a goat through the Oxfam Unwrapped scheme. Read about the girls’ friendship — and meet Chasha the goat — in Eleanor’s Rwanda diary.
